**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cost Estimation & Budgeting**:

- Prepare cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and overheads.
- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Tendering and Contract Management**:

- Analyze and review tender documents and prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) for contractors and suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts, including terms and conditions, and ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.
- **Project Monitoring and Cost Control**:

- Monitor and track project costs against the budget, identifying cost overruns and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct value engineering to optimize costs without compromising quality or safety.
- Report regularly to clients and senior management on cost status and forecast final costs.
- **Procurement Management**:

- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring materials and services are sourced at the best prices and delivered on time.
- Manage and evaluate subcontractor performance.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify and manage financial risks associated with construction projects, including potential delays, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Provide advice on risk mitigation strategies.
- **Site Visits and Measurements**:

- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, confirm quantities, and resolve discrepancies.
- Take measurements and check the quality of work done by contractors.
- **Claims and Dispute Resolution**:

- Assess claims for additional costs or changes in scope and provide accurate advice on their validity.
- Resolve disputes over costs, changes, or delays, often acting as an intermediary between contractors, clients, and suppliers.
- **Final Accounts**:

- Prepare and agree on final accounts with contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all costs are correctly recorded and accounted for.
- Perform post-project evaluations to provide insight into cost performance and lessons learned.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
