Manage and supervise the dining room staff, including waiters/waitresses, busboys, and host/hostesses.
- Greet and seat guests, providing them with menus and assisting in menu selections.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and the dining room, expediting food service and maintaining proper timing.
- Train and coach staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and proper etiquette.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen, ensuring special requests or dietary restrictions are communicated.
- Monitor table turnover, ensuring efficient use of seating capacity and minimizing waiting time for guests.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to provide a satisfactory resolution.
- Coordinate with the kitchen regarding food presentation, timing, and special requests.
- Oversee table setups and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Monitor and restock inventory of dining supplies, such as glassware, cutlery, and linens.
- Handle billing and payment transactions, including processing credit card payments and providing accurate change.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Stay updated on menu changes, daily specials, and any promotions or events happening in the restaurant.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
