**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that aligns with RightTutor's brand voice and values.
- Manage all aspects of social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create social media campaigns and promotions that support business objectives, such as driving enrollment and increasing brand awareness.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the social media strategy to optimize performance.
- Analyse social media metrics and performance data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure RightTutor maintains a competitive edge in the market.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- I have proven experience in social media management and a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimisations.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
