**Job Description (JD)** for a **CNC Operator Cum Programmer**:
Job Title: CNC Operator Cum Programmer

**Job Overview**: We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator Cum Programmer who is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision parts. This role combines the tasks of programming CNC machinery using CAD/CAM software and operating the machine to meet production goals while ensuring quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- **CNC Machine Setup & Operation**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, etc.) according to specifications.
- Load materials and tools, and ensure proper machine alignment.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments during the process.
- **Programming**:

- Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs using G-code, CAD, and CAM software.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to create accurate machine programs.
- Perform test runs of programs and make necessary adjustments.
- **Maintenance & Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise during machine operation.
- **Safety & Cleanliness**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a CNC Operator and Programmer.
- Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with multi-axis CNC machines.
- Knowledge of specific materials and tooling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,001.21 per month
