Bodyshop Advisor

Responsibilities
- **Customer communication**: Greet customers, communicate repair needs, and provide status updates
- **Scheduling**: Schedule appointments and manage repair timelines
- **Cost estimates**: Prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs
- **Quality control**: Maintain quality control and inspection policies and procedures
- **Documentation**: Keep records of repair orders, invoices, and customer interactions
- **Follow-up**: Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up after completion of services
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with technicians and customers to facilitate vehicle repairs
- **Billing**: Manage scheduling, quotes, and billing for body shop services

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of body shop operations and vehicle repair processes
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts
- Degree or diploma in Automobile /Mechanical Engineering

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
