Job Title:
Executive - Operation

**Job Description**:
**Roles & Responsibilities:

- **
- 1) Calling the customers who have purchased the WABA service, and collecting all the documents that are required.
- 2) Verification of all the documents (as per the protocols) that are shared by the customers and then beginning the procedure of Onboarded.
- 3) Continuous coordination with the customers, taking updates and sharing updates to and fro.
- 4) Taking the feedbacks from the customers after the onboarding and usage of the service.

**Skill Requirements:

- **

1) Must have great Communication Skills in English(written and verbal), Hindi and Gujarati(all languages compulsorily).
- 2) Must have basic computer knowledge as they need to work on MS Excel, Powerpoint and E-mails writing.
- 3) Willing to learn new things faster and adapt the changes as and when required.

Experience Range:
0 - 3 years

Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation,

Skills Required:

Annual Salary Range:
INR 1,80,000 - 2,78,000
