**ReadyAssist** is looking for energetic and self-driven **Sales Executives** who are ready to hit the ground running

What You'll Be Doing:

- Visit potential customers to promote and convert petrol/diesel vehicles into CNG.
- Educate customers on the benefits of CNG conversion (cost savings, eco-friendliness, etc.).
- Run local marketing campaigns and conduct demos to generate high-quality leads.
- Build a strong feeder network by connecting with workshops, insurance agents, RTO agents, auto dealers, and more.
- Maintain healthy relationships with customers, partners, and local stakeholders.
- Collaborate with telecalling and marketing teams to drive conversions.
- Train partner workshops to deliver an excellent customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

- Fresh graduates from any discipline (Business, Marketing, Commerce preferred).
- Passion for sales, automobiles, and customer interaction.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Self-motivated with a “get-it-done” attitude.
- Eagerness to learn — training will be provided
