Quran Teacher

**Job Title**: Hafidh of Qur'an (Qur'an Memorization Teacher for Kids)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach and supervise daily Qur'an memorization (Hifdh) sessions for children.
- Conduct regular revision and testing to retain memorized portions.
- Provide individual attention and encouragement to each student.
- Develop and follow a personalized memorization plan based on student progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and areas of improvement.
- Create a spiritually uplifting and disciplined classroom environment.
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and Islamic events as required.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Certified **Hafidh of the Qur'an** with Ijazah (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Tajweed and Qira’at.
- Prior experience teaching Qur'an to children (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and recited), with basic English communication skills.
- Patience, compassion, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
- Ability to inspire love and reverence for the Qur'an in students.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working in Islamic schools or Madaris.
- Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching platforms (if applicable).
