**Job Duties**:
1. Conduct in-person classes for primary students. Duties will include:

- Teaching students foundational English and computer knowledge.
- Guiding students to carry out simple projects.
- Handling class-related administrative responsibilities.
- Assessing and documenting the progress of 25-30 students effectively.

2. Leverage technology innovatively to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

3. Explain concepts in an engaging and relatable manner to maintain students’ interest.

4. Conduct activity-based classes that encourage hands-on learning.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Must be proficient in English.
- Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and Urdu are **preferred**.
- Some **citable examples to demonstrate self-learning, critical thinking and skill development** are highly preferred.
- Prior teaching experience with schools and NGOs is **preferred**.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in English (**Preferred**)
- B.Ed or Dl.Ed (**Preferred**)

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (**Preferred**)

**Compensation**:

- Salary: As per industry standards
