**Job Title: Accounts and Stores Associate (2 Positions)**

**Location**: Andheri East

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Education**: Minimum Graduation required. Undergraduates may also be considered.

**Experience**: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

**Salary**:

- For Accounts: Rs. 17,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month (in-hand)
- For Stores: Rs. 16,000 to Rs. 18,000 per month (in-hand)

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Accounts Associate**:

- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in other accounting tasks as assigned.

2. **Stores Associate**:

- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items.
- Maintain organized and efficient storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock movements and updating records.
- Prepare orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle the packaging and labeling of products.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleanliness of the storage areas.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries and returns.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles (for Accounts Associate).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work demands.
