To review construction drawings for execution with a fair knowledge on design aspects.
- Equipment inspections and approvals for electrical panels, DG sets, Transformers, switchgear, cables & elevators etc.
- Site Supervision during erection & commissioning of all Electrical Installations, PHE, HVAC & firefighting works.
- Coordinate with Consultants & contractors on works progress at site, RFIA’s and on drawings & Design related issues.
- Validation of BOQ & estimate, Quantities extract from drawings and checking/verifications of contractors bills etc.
- Inspection of works, preparation of quality audit report, taking over of completed works.
- Coordinate/meeting with clients and consultants.
- Knowledge of safety norms/ rules and regulations.
- Motivating subordinates with technical guidance as and when required.
- Good experience in execution of 66KVA sub-station.
- Assist in Bill certification.
- Other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
