Navalt is a company that specializes in solar-powered boats and hybrid vessels with a mission to provide sustainable solutions for locomotion on water. We also have a platform for vessel performance analytics called Oceanix, with a vision to preserve the natural environment. Our office is located in Ernakulam, India and we are proud to have created India's first solar ferry.

**Role Description**

you will be responsible for crafting captivating digital and print designs, including websites, social media graphics, infographics, banners, brochures, and more. Collaboration with the marketing team is key to understanding project goals, target audience, and messaging to convey the desired message effectively. Staying at the forefront of industry trends, you will bring innovative ideas to enhance design quality and user experience. Brand consistency is paramount, aligning all visual assets with our brand's tone, style, and values. Your artistic talents will shine as you create custom illustrations and icons to elevate our brand's visual impact. Additionally, you will coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality design asset delivery, while conducting regular quality checks to maintain our design standards. **Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a related role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite for Video and Photo Editing
- A basic proficiency in graphics engines such as Unreal Engine or a strong command of Blender is essential.
- Familiarity with the latest design tools and technologies.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, coupled with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- A self-motivated individual who takes initiative stays updated with industry trends, and continuously seeks to enhance design skill.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
