We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing company. As a Graphic Designer, you will be an essential part of our creative team, responsible for designing captivating visual assets that drive engagement and enhance our clients' online presence. Your keen eye for aesthetics, strong design skills, and ability to create compelling graphics will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful marketing campaigns for our diverse clientele.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives, translating them into visually appealing designs for various digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels to strengthen brand recognition and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our creative work remains fresh, innovative, and competitive.
- Provide creative input and suggestions during brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy discussions.
- Work closely with other team members, including content creators and developers, to bring design concepts to life and ensure seamless integration into marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital marketing materials and designs.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition.
- Creative flair and the ability to conceptualize and execute original design ideas.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A keen interest in digital marketing and an understanding of how design impacts user experience and engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
