**Position**: Landscape Drafter

**Job responsibilities**:
1. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software like AutoCAD and SketchUp to create
technical drawings for plant placement on sites.
2. Drawing rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings, and structures based on preliminary concepts and sketches.
3. Checking dimensions of materials to be used and assigning numbers to lists of materials.
4. Produce 3D renderings of construction details by computer as needed.
5. Stay updated on landscape trends, horticulture, and design techniques
6. Produce complete drawings, review engineering drawings, and support documentation.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp, as well as Microsoft Office
Suite.
2. Strong hand graphics and sketching abilities.
3. Knowledge of plant identification and specification.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications effectively.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interactions.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
