We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Telecaller for Sales** to join our team in **Ahmedabad, Gujarat**. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, this role is perfect for you You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales to contribute to the growth of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a steady sales pipeline.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers.
- Update and maintain customer database.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while speaking with customers.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in **English & Hindi** (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Prior experience in sales or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of computer and MS Office.
- Ability to build rapport and foster long-term customer relationships.
