**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license issued by the State Nursing Council.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
