Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily activities of stewards, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, dining areas, and service stations.

Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery to guests.

Train, mentor, and guide staff in proper service techniques and procedures.

Handle guest complaints or service issues, ensuring a prompt and satisfactory resolution.

Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and service materials, and place orders as necessary.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Assist in event setups and breakdowns, ensuring the venue is properly prepared.

Provide regular performance feedback to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a steward or in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in food service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday
