- Provide architectural leadership to Solution Architects to deliver thoughtful IT solutions to the business
- Performing quality review of project deliverables. Lead work sessions and client discussion.
- Spearheading the complete Solution Architecture, Digital Transformation, Cloud Modernization & Architecture, Software Development and Performance Tuning

**Required Technical and Professional Experience**:

- Overall 10+ years of relevant IT experience, with minimum 5 years of experience in area of Application Design, Development & Modernization (Refer section - Experience and Technical Skills below)
- Stack Level -.NET ,.NET framework,.NET core, WCF, MVC 3/4/5, C#, Asp. Net Web API, 12 Factor Application Design, NuGet
- Front End: JavaScript, Html, CSS
- Database: Design and deployment of DB framework and Logical Data Models,
- MS SQL, Redis, Dynamo, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, NoSQL DB, MySQL, Oracle
- Tech Stack: Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / Google / IBM)
- Middleware : IIS
- DevOps
- Must have exp in DevOps framework

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Professional Architect Certification in any of the cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Cloud based DevOps Certification
- Cloud based Developer Certification
- MCSA: Web Applications
- Strong experience in managing and leading teams
- Self-starter who thrives in an ever-changing, fast-paced business environment
- Adaptability to the rapid change in technology
- Collaboration across different cultures and different technical domains.
