**CLOUD APPLICATION ADMINISTRATOR**What **You’ll** Do**
- Perform Identity and Access Management activities including user management and licensing.
- Appropriately triaging and addressing support ticket queue.
- Provide on-call support as required.
- Refine and enhance the technical architecture to keep pace with changing business demands and new software releases.

**What **You’ll** Bring**
- BE/BTech degree required in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications or related field, with record of high academic achievement.
- Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and AWS RDS is a plus.
- Experience in a professional services firm and environment a plus.
- Eagerness to contribute in a global, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
