**Responsibilities**:
A restaurant waiter at Just Lobo's Goa is required to perform the following:

- Serving customers at their tables by bringing them food and drinks, bussing tables, and cleaning up spilled food or drink spills
- Following proper food safety procedures to ensure that food is prepared and stored properly
- Taking orders from the restaurant manager or head server and communicating orders to the kitchen staff
- Preparing and serving alcoholic beverages such as wine and beer
- Communicating with kitchen staff about food items that are out of stock or running low so that replacements can be ordered from the supplier
- Determining whether guests would like to have their orders served immediately or if they would like to wait for their food to be prepared
- Collecting payment from customers for their orders
- Approaching customers who have not yet been served to ensure that they have been attended to
- Suggesting dishes that pairs well with wine selections to more knowledgeable customers

**Experience**: 1 year in a similar role at a restaurant

**Education**: A diploma or a degree in Hotel Management from a reputed institution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
