**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultation -**
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skincare concerns and goals.
- Recommend appropriate treatments and skincare routines based on individual needs.

**Treatment Execution -**
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments.
- Administer treatments safely and effectively, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Ensure clients are comfortable and informed throughout the treatment process.

**Product Knowledge and Recommendations -**
- Stay informed about the latest skincare products, ingredients, and trends.
- Educate clients about the benefits of different products and recommend suitable homecare routines.

**Client Education -**
- Provide clients with post-treatment care instructions and skincare advice.
- Address client questions and concerns regarding treatments and products.

**Hygiene and Safety -**
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and equipment.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and guidelines to ensure client safety.

**Professional Development -**
- Participate in ongoing training and education sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with experienced cosmetologists to learn advanced techniques and procedures.

**Client Relationship Building -**
- Build rapport with clients and create a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Listen attentively to client concerns and provide personalized care and attention.

**Key Competencies -**
- Background in nursing or healthcare is preferred.
- Comprehensive training will be provided to therapists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Must have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn from experienced cosmetologists.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Attention to detail and a passion for skincare and beauty are necessary.

**What we are looking for -**
- Diploma or certification in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a skincare or beauty clinic is an asset.
- Excellent client service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- **Salary Range**:_ _₹18,000-₹35,000 INR per month, depending on experience and qualifications._
