Key Responsibilities:
**Project Management**:Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including interior construction, renovation, and finishing work.

**Team Coordination**:Manage and direct subcontractors, tradespeople, and other on-site personnel to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project plans.

**Quality Control**:Inspect work to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.

**Scheduling**:Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and addressing any delays or issues that arise.

**Budget Management**: Monitor project expenses and resource allocation, working to minimize costs and stay within budget.

**Client Communication**:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing any concerns and providing regular updates on project progress.

**Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports, change orders, and progress photos.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the interiors industry.

**Skills**:Strong knowledge of interior construction techniques, materials, and finishes.

**Leadership**: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage subcontractors, and resolve on-site issues effectively.

**Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

**Organization**:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or a degree in construction management, interior design, or a related field is a plus.

**Technology**:Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
