- To be responsible for achievement of production targets.
- Customer Oriented- To be responsible for maintaining ethical, technical & social compliances
- To be responsible for maintaining 5S and good housekeeping and safety norms.
- People Oriented- To be responsible for maintaining skill matrix of workmen.
- To co-ordinate with technical department for formulations and process parameters.
- Internal Business Process- To have the responsibility of mixing section.
- To ensure availability of material for production
