**Position**: Program Author and Manager - Finance Function
**Location**: Bangalore - Hybrid
**Reports to**: Director

**Employment Type**: Full-time / Part-time / Contract

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Curriculum Design**:

- Collaborate with instructional designers to **structure the course** for optimal learning outcomes
- Define **learning objectives** and ensure content aligns with industry standards and best practices
- Develop **modular content for various levels**, from beginner to advanced, catering to diverse audiences.

2. **Content Creation**:

- **Develop comprehensive course materials**, including lesson plans, video scripts, presentations, assessments, and supplementary resources.
- **Author engaging and interactive content **that covers financial topics such as ERP Process, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Account finalization, Book Close, Budgeting, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, and Risk Management.
- **Customize programs** to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences, including new hires, mid-level professionals, and senior executives
- Application of financial transactions on Tools and IT

3. **Research & Updates**:

- Stay updated with **trends, tools, and best practices** in finance and incorporate them into course content.
- Regularly **review and update course materials** to reflect changes in financial regulations, technologies, and methodologies.

4. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with editors, instructional designers, and multimedia teams to produce polished and professional course materials.
- Provide input on visual and multimedia elements to ensure they support the course content effectively.

5. **Learner Support**:

- Provide guidance and support to learners through discussion forums, Q&A sessions, or virtual office hours (if applicable).

6. **Quality Assurance**:

- Review and refine course content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Ensure content meets the organization’s quality standards and adheres to ethical and legal guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CA, CPA, CFA, CMA,MBA or equivalent certifications preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, business or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, curriculum design, or teaching/training in the finance domain.
- Strong understanding of financial tools, technologies, and industry practices.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and content authoring tools is a plus.
