Overview: Cronbay Technologies, a leading Digital Marketing agency based in Bangalore, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support and Operations Executive with expertise in customer handling and operations management to join our team.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Support (Non-Technical):

- Provide assistance with product details, order tracking, and problem resolution.
- Market Research and staying updated with trends to ensure better customer experience.

Operations:

- Organize, prepare, and maintain documents related to operations and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage the creation, organization, and delivery of content, ensuring it meets quality standards and aligns with curriculum goals.
- Manage the entire operations for Ed Tech Platform.
- Collaborating and assisting the Sales Team with operation and documentation work.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
- Adaptable with a positive and proactive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
