**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in our services.
- Clearly and empathetically explain Buddy Healing's services and benefits.
- Counsel and guide clients through the process of choosing the right mental health professional for their needs.
- Address client inquiries and concerns with a patient and informative approach.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
- Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve client experience.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience is a must**: You must have proven experience in a similar telesales, telecalling, or customer service role, preferably within the healthcare, mental health, or wellness industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- A compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using a CRM system.

**Salary and Benefits**:
