Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

Location: Villupuram HO ( On-site)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns that align with brand goals.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and report on performance metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions.
- Research industry trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to stay relevant and proactive.
- Assist with content creation, including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors as needed.
- Support paid social media ad campaigns through audience targeting and performance tracking.
- Manage and maintain the social media content calendar.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital communications.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with paid advertising on social platforms.
- Photography/videography or basic video editing skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
