**Job Summary**

**Position**: Fitter / Fabricator

**Salary Range**: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 (Based on experience and skill level)
**Industry**: Sheet Metal Fabrication / Heavy Fabrication

**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out **sheet metal fabrication and assembly** as per project requirements.
- Read, interpret, and work on **technical drawings and blueprints**.
- Perform **TIG/MIG welding** and ensure strong, accurate welds.
- Handle fabrication processes such as **cutting, bending, forming, drilling, and finishing**.
- Ensure quality standards and accuracy in all fabricated components.
- Maintain **safety practices** in welding and fabrication work.
- Work closely with the team to complete jobs within deadlines.

**Job Requirements**
- ITI / Diploma (Fitter, Welder, Mechanical, or related trade).
- 3-10 years’ experience in fabrication industry.
- Strong knowledge of TIG/MIG welding.
- Experience in cutting, bending, forming, and finishing.
