**Skills set-**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and define automation strategies.
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver.
- Architect and implement reusable automation components and libraries to support efficient test script development.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to automation engineers on best practices for test automation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and automation best practices.
- Analyze test automation metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and debug test automation scripts and framework issues to ensure reliable test execution.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in test automation technologies and practices.
- Collaborate with software developers to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
- Participate in test planning, test case development, and manual testing activities as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7- years) as a Selenium Architect or similar role in test automation.
- Expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certification in Selenium WebDriver or related technologies (optional but preferred).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with additional test automation tools/frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or NUnit.
- Knowledge of behavior-driven development (BDD) frameworks such as Cucumber.
- Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or Travis CI.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
- Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
