**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Life Asia Automation Specialist to work on automation projects for our life insurance operations. This remote freelance position requires an expert in Life Asia, with a strong focus on process automation and system optimization. As a freelancer, you will be responsible for automating various workflows, enhancing system efficiencies, and helping our team improve operational productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Automation Development**: Create, implement, and test automated processes and workflows on the Life Asia platform to streamline operations in policy administration, underwriting, claims, and customer service.
- **Custom Configuration**: Customize and configure Life Asia's features and modules to meet the specific automation needs of the client.
- **System Integration**: Design and integrate automation solutions within Life Asia and with other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and connectivity.
- **Process Analysis & Optimization**: Review current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and provide automation solutions to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- **Troubleshooting & Maintenance**: Diagnose and resolve issues within automated processes, ensuring mínimal system downtime and high system reliability.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience working with Life Asia or similar life insurance systems.
- Strong expertise in automation processes within the life insurance industry (3+ years of relevant experience).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy automation scripts using tools like RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Python, or similar scripting languages.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Life Asia system setup, architecture, and module customization.
- Familiarity with API integrations, data synchronization, and cloud technologies.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools and languages (Python, RPA,SQL)
