**Job Profile**
- To properly monitor and keep track of all the stationery items and store collaterals. Manage purchase, issue items as needed and inventory
- Efficiently handling the necessary repairs maintenance of AC’s, all electrical equipment’s and coordinating with the respective vendors
- Maintain and ensure proper upkeep of showroom by effectively monitoring the housekeeping agents - mirror cleaning, moping, bathroom cleaning, ordering and maintaining housekeeping materials. Maintaining register for daily /weekly activities of housekeeping services
- Ensure proper functioning of CCTV cameras and ensure data storage is managed effectively
- Vendor Database - Maintain updated contact details of stores administration related contact details

Provide support for client order delivery

**Warehouse Operations**
- a) Image Uploads in software for the stock

b) Maintain Warehouse Note Book Entries - Stock/Invoices/Alterations/Fabrics Entry

c) Maintain inward register for all stocks & all items ( stationery, consumables, Evo café stocks,

d) Supporting the warehouse team for all office support.

**Skill Sets**:
Good working knowledge in both POS software and Microsoft excel

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
