**About the Role**
Ecosure, a division of Ecolab, provides quality assurance evaluations for hospitality brands. We are looking for a professional based in India, to conduct remote assessments and help clients maintain brand standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Online Reviews** - Verify hotel websites and booking platforms for brand compliance.
- ** Remote Audits** - Assess customer service via phone or video calls.
- ** Guest Experience Analysis** - Review online feedback and social media for service quality.
- ** Policy & Training Verification** - Ensure hotel policies and staff training meet brand standards.
- ** Reporting** - Provide detailed assessments and consulting.

**Requirements**:

- ** Experience** - Background in hotel management or quality assessment.
- ** Analytical Skills** - Ability to analyse and interpret data effectively.
- ** Language Proficiency** - Strong written and verbal English skills.
- ** Independence** - Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- ** Technical Skills** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, and online collaboration tools.

**This is a freelance, remote position that allows you to work from home.**
