**Requirement**:
We are looking for B com Graduate in Mumbai for the position of Junior Associate-Audit & Taxation with around 1 years of experience and having below mentioned Skillset / Competencies.

Remuneration-3 Lac to 3.5 Lacs

**Job Description - Junior Associates-Audit & Taxation**
- Tax and Statutory Compliances
- Filing of Income Tax, Return of Corporate, Firms & Individuals
- Verifying details and submissions prepared for assessments / department enquiry, replying to notices, etc.
- Preparing Corporate Income Tax Calculations for payment of Advance Tax and Self
- Assessment Tax and preparing Deferred Tax Calculations for year-end provisions.
- Preparation of audit documents including notes to accounts, schedules to financial statements, etc.
- Preparing details of tax audits, transfer pricing audits & internal audits.
- Ability to interact with clients at high level.
- Proactive thinking and raising flags over any possible exposure from accounting or tax regulatory perspective and timely advising on actions to be taken.
- Reviewing and analyzing the amendments in tax laws, taking timely and appropriate steps for their compliances.
- Close books at year end, taking care to see adequate provisions have been made.
- After the year end and all the compliances are met (i.e. after audit and tax filings), ensure safe keeping of accounting records, documents, vouchers, files, etc.
- Compiling details and preparing summary / statement for monthly payment of tax liability under applicable laws (like IT, TDS, GST, PF, PT, etc.)
- Compiling details and preparation of submissions for assessments / department enquiry, replying to notices, etc.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
