Application Support with Medical

**Major Responsibilities**:
- Provide first level Helpdesk support to end users, both local and remote. Monitor helpdesk ticket system, including entering, addressing, and distributing service requests
- Triage incoming support tickets based on urgency of need and complexity of system components
- Represent the customer during issue investigation and troubleshooting
- Ability to prioritize work, troubleshoot and resolve software issues
- Build strong and positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Manage clients’ needs and coordinate internal resources to identify solutions
- Commitment to understanding a solution’s technical fundamentals
**Qualifications**:
**Required**
- Bachelor's degree in computer technology and repair, or equivalent combination of training and experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in comparable positions within the pharmaceutical, biotech or CRO industry recommended. Experience supporting medical imaging desirable
- Basic understanding of navigating Linux, Windows, and Apple Operating Systems
- Basic understanding of DICOM image format and headers
- Understand file transfer methods like sFTP and data archive methods
- Basic understanding of SQL Queries
- Proven ability in problem solving
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
**Package is 30 to 40% raise on current package.**
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
