Urgent Required Export Executive

Ahmedabad, India GMP Machine Full time

Maintaining and managing the export records & files.
- Preparing the entire pre & post shipment documentation.
- Drafting the daily, weekly, monthly reports such as collection, receivable, outstanding, overdues, etc. and forwarding it to the senior manager.
- Entering the daily export data in the computer.
- Preparing requisition for Cheque of payment to liners & co-loaders.
- Sending Stuffing & Loading Confirmation.
- Releasing HBL to the shippers and MBL from Liners & co-loaders.
- Make Bill of Lading & Container Booking.
- Sending export manifest to overseas agents.
- Planning LCL & FCL containers through different lines & co-loaders.
- Making tracking reports for various consignees.
- Getting remarks and feedback from the customers about the products.
- Handling Free Hand shipment, Nomination shipment and Ex-work shipment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
