We are now looking to expand our design team by onboarding a passionate and detail-oriented **Architect**(INTERIORS RESIDENTIAL Projects) who will be responsible for translating client requirements into spatial design concepts and working drawings.

You will be involved in new projects, refurbishments, extension projects from the conceptual stages right through to completion/final handover for residential projects.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 2-5 years of experience in residential interior design
- Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and current industry trends
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with 3D rendering tools
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for design and detail

**Education**:

- B. Arch (required)

**Experience**:
