Housekeeping Supervisor

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and sanitation

standards across the facility.
- Maintain compliance with established housekeeping protocols and government

regulations.
- Train and mentor housekeeping personnel to meet high cleanliness standards and

performance expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure quality control.
- Operate and maintain cleaning machinery, including Ride-on Scrubber, High-Pressure Jet,

Single Disk, and Vacuum Cleaner.
- Manage inventory for cleaning supplies and ensure proper utilization of uniforms, safety

shoes, and ID cards.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet cleanliness requirements and adjust cleaning

schedules.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities, including schedules, equipment maintenance, and

employee performance.
- Respond to employee and customer concerns regarding sanitation promptly.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Knowledge of industry-standard housekeeping practices and equipment handling.
- Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment effectively.
- Strong leadership skills to manage a diverse workforce.
- Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts as per operational requirements.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

**Salary and Benefits**

Salary Structure (As per Annexure C - Nandurbar MH):

- Basic + DA: ₹15,000.00
- Gross Salary: ₹17,000.00
- Deductions:

- ESIC Contribution: ₹118
- EPF Contribution: ₹1,800
- Professional Tax: ₹200
- Take-Home Salary: ₹14,881.00

**Employer Contributions and Benefits**:

- Employer ESIC Contribution: ₹512
- Employer EPF Contribution: ₹1,950
- Uniform, Shoes, ID Cards: ₹200 (2 pairs of uniforms and one pair of safety shoes annually)
- Paid Leaves: ₹720 (as per Factories Act provisions)
- Food: Reimbursement of food expenses.

Total Cost to Company (CTC): ₹20,381.00

- Transportation and accommodation expenses covered for company-related assignments.
