Tele Caller Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lists or leads.
- Explain our products and services (marble, granite, building materials, etc.) and answer any customer queries.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs.
- Maintain detailed records of each call, including customer feedback and follow-up actions.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure interest and close sales or set up meetings with the sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills to manage call logs and enter data.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 2 years (preferred)
- tele sales: 2 years (preferred)
