- Doctors registered with Jana Vaidya will do home visits for consulting patients at their home.
- Only non-emergency cases will be consulted at home.
- Doctor has to be compulsorily available for Home Visits (maximum distance of 12 kms between each visit) from 9am to 6pm (1hr lunch break included) for a 6 days a week starting from the joining date.
- Each visit above 20 visits completed in a period of 7 days between every monday to sunday will be incentivised extra.(Refer compensation)
- The Doctor can also show willingness to work before 9am and after 6pm in order to complete the 20 visits even before 7 days. Every extra working day and extra hour of work i.e., before 9am and after 6pm will also be incentivised. (Refer compensation)

Doctor Home Visits

**Responsibilities**:

- The Doctor has to update the management of his/her home location from where everyday visits will begin.
- Once the patient's location, health condition is shared with the Doctor, he/she has to take up the case and has to confirm with the earliest possible appointment time.
- Doctor has to reach the patient on confirmed time, consult the patient, and receive the fees.
- In case the Doctor has drawn blood samples for the patient, the doctor has to submit the sample to the nearby lab notified by the company.
- Billing for the consulted patients should be done by the Doctor.

- Doctor also has to be available for phone consultation (in case of any blood report review or for any medication related doubts) for those consulted patients for the next 2 days post visit.
- Decision on treatment will be the sole responsibility of the doctor and the company will not provide any guidance on treatment.

- Minimum graduation in MBBS.
- A service bent of mind which is the heart and soul of Jana Vaidya.
- Personal vehicle: 2 wheeler/ 4 wheeler. Jana Vaidya encourages usage of electric vehicles.

**Compensation**:
**Basic Pay**

Monthly salary including 10% TDS Rs.50,000

**Incentives**

Travel allowance Rs.10 per km and many more incentives up to Rs 20,000 per month

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 per month
