Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers/subscribers.
- Create and curate high-quality content for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, including photos, videos, stories, and live streams.
- Manage social media accounts, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop social media campaigns and promotions.
- Analyse and report on social media performance metrics, and use insights to optimize strategies. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, and sponsors for social media collaborations and campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably in the sports or youth sports industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for sports and youth development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with graphic design, photography, and video editing is a plus.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
