**Job Description: -**
- Prepare detailed project plans including project documentation, progress reports,
travel & logistic plan, site purchases and approvals
- Coordinate with project manager, production manager and design team to
understand project requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors for site related activities
ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and furnishings
required for the exhibition or interior project.
- Be responsible for packing and dispatch of materials from workshop and back after
the show is over.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and
safety regulations
- Travel to onsite projects and oversee day to day operations of the project.
- Ensure that workers safety guidelines are followed onsite
- Coordinate with client for any troubleshooting onsite Coordinate with project

**Qualifications and Skills**
- 6 - 8 years of experience of exhibition stall projects
- Knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques, and installation methods used in the industry
- Experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring their successful completion
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Strong team player and time management skills.

**Prior experience of Interior Design & Exhibition Design industry will be an added advantage.**

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
