
Front Office Receptionist

Key Responsibilities
1.
Patient Reception & Interaction
- Greet patients with a warm, professional attitude.
- Register new patients and verify existing patient records.
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments using clinic software.
- Explain waiting time and ensure patients are informed.
2.
Telephone & Communication Handling
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about services, charges, and procedures.
- Confirm appointments and follow up on missed visits.
- Handle WhatsApp/online inquiries politely and accurately.
3.
Billing & Payments
- Generate invoices accurately for consultations, treatments, and products.
- Collect payments (cash, card, UPI) and issue receipts.
- Coordinate with accounts for daily cash closing.
4.
Patient Coordination
- Guide patients to the appropriate treatment room/doctor.
- Coordinate with doctors and assistants to manage workflow.
- Handle patient complaints or escalate politely when needed.
5.
Records & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient files (physical or digital).
- Ensure consent forms, medical history, and follow-up details are correctly filled.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information (HIPAA/GDPR compliant).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
