**Designer **I**

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute on the defined vision and design strategy, ensuring the alignment of visual elements with project goals.
- Collaborate closely with senior designers, product teams, and stakeholders to understand design requirements and user needs.
- Translate complex ideas and requirements into intuitive and visually appealing design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts that align with established guidelines and project objectives.
- Support the design team by providing high-quality assets and specifications for developers.

**Competencies**:

- Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs, accordingly, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with project vision.
- A strong understanding of design systems and attention to detail when working within established frameworks.

**Qualifications**:

- Entry to mid-level experience in a design role, preferably within product design or a similar field.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or other industry-standard software.
- Proven experience in creating user-centered designs, preferably within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
