IIAM PGDM B-School has openings for a Placement Officer with the following qualifications:

- At least 5 years of prior experience as a Training and Placement Officer in reputed B-School.
- Solid Establishment contact with HR Department for campaigns.
- Conduct Seminars for Third Semester PGDM Students on Pre Placement Training.
- Conduct Industry professionals workshop for PGDM Students.
- Ability to connect relationship in and around Visakhapatnam.
- Counsel students on all matters to internship and final placements.
- Conduct Placement related activities including soft skill development, personality grooming.
- Alumni Relationship Management.
- Arrange Job Fairs and campus drives inviting Products and service companies.
- Achieve Total Target for internship and Placement with high packages.
