Eligibility Criteria:
- **Certification : IIBF DRA Certificate - Mandatory**
Experience:
- 1. Freshers with valid DRA certification can apply
- 2. Prior experience in recovery/collections preferred
- Education : Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
- Skills Required:
- 1. Strong communication & negotiation skills
- 2. Customer handling & persuasion ability
- 3. Basic understanding of collections & recovery process
**Key Responsibilities**:
Contact customers regarding overdue loans/accounts
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments.
Ensure compliance with RBI & IIBF DRA regulatory guidelines.
Work towards achieving monthly recovery and collection targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth recovery operations.
