Account Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accounting of specified countries including deferred tax, depreciation, provisions and cut off procedures Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Work with Legal, Tax and Treasury Manager to ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activities and tax compliances
- Daily accounting entry for invoices, bank receipts and payment entries, Travel entries for India and other entities GST compliance and reporting
- Periodic reconciliations including bank, vendor, and general ledger
- Continuous improvement of business processes
- Participation in finance and cross functional projects
- Assisting in business audit reviews and statutory audit reviews
- Maintaining quality of accounting with timely delivery
- Being an active member of the team
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ad-hoc tasks and analysis

**Requirements**:

- Good working knowledge on accounting ERPs
- NetSuite Oracle preferred
- Excellent Problem-solving skills & must be detailed oriented and accuracy maintained
- Ability to work independently as a part of team
- Ability to complete work on schedule and meet Organizational goals
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
