**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop creative and compelling content for various social media platforms.
- Craft visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts to showcase Coding Blocks' courses, events, and achievements.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow Coding Blocks' presence on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and engage with the online community.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Execute social media campaigns to promote courses, webinars, and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Foster engagement within the Coding Blocks community by responding to comments, messages, and facilitating discussions.
- Identify and engage with influencers and partners in the tech education space.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design.
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or other social media management platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹9,666.17 - ₹39,307.68 per month
