**Qualification**: Graduate

**Experience**:2 -3 years

**Salary Range**:25k CTC TO 30kCTC

**Key Skill Required**: Knowledge of plant operations management - Steel Wires

**Roles & Responsibility**:
1. Lead and manage Production and Maintenance function

2. Ensure that commitment to the customer on Quality, Cost Delivery is met

3. Ensure strong process discipline quality orientation across the manufacturing

operations.

4. Continuously benchmark and improve process and methods to improve

productivity quality.

5. Maintain periodic MIS related to Production and implement corrective actions

for improvement.

6. To maintain the 5S Lean on shop-floor and deploy maintain ISO systems.

7. To lead and drive on cost saving by efficient use of process & policy.

8. To ensure the Safety on shop-floor and foster hazard free environment.

9. Lead the overall manufacturing operations as role model
