- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a similar financial role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software especially Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and discrepancies in financial documents.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies, issues, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet payment deadlines.
