Junior Yoga Instructor and Therapist

**Position**: Yoga Instructor & Therapist (Junior)
**Location**: Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh
**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & skill)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct daily yoga sessions (individual and group).
- Teach basic to intermediate **asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques**.
- Assist clients with yoga-based therapy for stress, posture, and general wellness.
- Guide participants on lifestyle, diet, and mindfulness practices aligned with yoga.
- Ensure safe and correct posture alignment during sessions.
- Maintain attendance records and track student progress.
- Support in planning yoga workshops, therapy sessions, and wellness events.

**Requirements**:

- Certification/Diploma in Yoga, Yoga Therapy, or related field (AYUSH certification preferred but not mandatory for juniors).
- 0-2 years of experience as a Yoga Instructor (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Energetic, patient, and empathetic personality.
- Passionate about wellness, holistic health, and helping people.
